FEEDING
The prepared liquid is fed through an atomizer which breaks the liquid into small droplets. The atomization process is carried out under controlled pressure.

Drying
The atomized droplets are exposed to hot air in the drying chamber, which causes the water in the droplets to evaporate rapidly.

Separation
The dried particles are separated from the drying gas using a cyclone, bag filter, or electrostatic precipitator.

Recycling
Processing and recycling of moist exhaust gases wherever possible to promote sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
Can high viscosity cause nozzle clogging?


Yes, high viscosity can cause nozzle clogging in spray drying equipment. High-viscosity liquid feeds have high internal friction, making it more difficult for the liquid to flow and distribute evenly through the nozzle orifices.
