The vacuum oven is widely used in biochemistry, chemical and pharmaceutical, health care, agricultural research, environment protection and other areas of research and application for powder drying, baking and all kinds of glass containers’ disinfection and sterilization. Especially for those drying heat-sensitive, labile, oxidizing material and decompounded to carry on fast and effective drying process.
1. Five side heating,the heating element is located on the top and bottom of the oven, left and right, and on the rear wall, distribute the heat uniformly under vacuum.
2.Shelf heating,the heating element is located at the bottom of the shelves，which can distribute the heat uniformly under vacuum.
3.Temp stability reach to +/- 1 degree.
4.Dual layer tempered glass door for clear observation。
5.The PID temperature controller with timing ，large LCD screen to display the measure temperature and set temperature.
6.The chamber is made of 304 stainless steel plate, and the body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel.
7.The oven is equipped with a KF25 air outlet and an inert gas inlet with a diameter of 10mm. Nitrogen or other inert gases can be filled if the experimental sample needs an inert environment.
8.Mechanical pressure gauge is for more accurate vacuum readings.
