Vacuum freeze dryer is widely used in medicine, pharmacy, biology research, chemical industry and food production, etc.
Goods are easier for long-term preservaction after freezing-drying processing, they can be restored to the original state and maintain its chemical and biological characteristics after being watered.
1. Pre-freezing operation
1) Turn on the machine and start the compressor. Let the condenser temperature drop below -40°C.
2) Place the sample on the sample tray (liquid directly into the tray, solid samples and vials are evenly placed on the sample tray).
3) Put the sample pan into the pre-freeze shelf, and put the temperature sensor into the sample in full contact to reduce the error between the sample temperature and the actual temperature.
4) Put the pre-freeze shelf and sample pan into the condenser.
5) Put on the pre-freeze lid.
6) When the temperature of each part of the material drops below the eutectic point, the condition is still maintained for about one hour. At this time, the pre-cooling process is over and the drying process is ready.
2. Freeze-drying operation
1) Take out the material from the cold trap and place it on the drying rack.
2) Place the drying rack on the cold trap.
3) Check the sealing ring and cover the plexiglass barrel.
4) Tighten the drain valve clockwise.
5) Turn on the vacuum pump and vacuum gauge. The pressure drops. Pressure lower than 20Pa is normal.
6) Open the drain (inlet) valve, and then turn off the vacuum pump. Remove the plexiglass cover and collect the material.
7) Close the drain (inlet) valve. Open the drain (outlet) valve and clean the freeze dryer.
8) When the vacuum pump is not working, please cover the exhaust hole.
Note: a. The refrigerator must not be closed during the drying process.
b. Drying time and freezing time are different due to the nature of the material.
