1. TOPTION this essential oil extraction steam distillation equipment uses water vapor distillation to distill and extract materials through water isolation or co-water distillation.
2. This equipment is an ultra-small steam distillation extraction equipment developed by TOPTION in accordance with the classic process of essential oil extraction, combined with an advanced automatic control system. The structure design is reasonable and the performance is superior. The operation is simple and flexible, and one person can easily complete the entire production.
3. The plant essential oil extraction equipment uses heat-conducting oil to indirectly heat, and it can reach a high temperature of 100℃ quickly under the conditions of ensuring clean, safe and normal pressure.
4. The design of the condensing part of the extraction equipment is unique and the condensing effect is good. The oil-water separation adopts a laboratory-grade glass multi-pipe design. The diameter of the glass pipe is less than 20mm. The special structure of the oil-water separator is used to facilitate the separation and collection of essential oils.
6. The essential oil extraction machine has a built-in layered multi-layer distillation blue with an open-top structure, which is very convenient for placing flowers and plants and cleaning the equipment.
